In the Kitchen and on the Grill

Lately Erik and I've been exploring the uncharted waters of the kitchen. Cooking is something we love doing
together. We experiment with flavors and beer and recently have tried our hand at grilling. Below are only
some of the dishes we've made this summer.

<><><><><><>

(Spinach & feta stuffed chicken wrapped in bacon and baked with potatoes and carrots)

(Brother Thelonious- North Coast Brewing Co. Italian bread cut thin and crisped int he oven with olive oil
and herds. Hard salami and provolone.)
 (Mushroom Ravioli)

(First time working with the new grill. Simple burgers, spicy sausages and onion.)

(Long Trail Brewing Company- Ramble)

 (Grilled asparagus wrapped in prosciutto)

(Grilled pineapple and onions, with spicy sausages.
Obviously we are going a bit grill crazy)

(just trying something different, very different since I am not much a wine drinker)

(One pot pasta dish. Onions, roasted tomatoes, broth, crushed red pepper and basil. Next time I want to
pair it with scallops.)
